2. Services Description
Intelmetri provides professional cleaning services including:
- Residential cleaning (regular and one-time)
- Commercial cleaning
- Deep cleaning services
- Move-in/move-out cleaning
3. Booking and Scheduling
- Services must be booked in advance
- We require 24-hour notice for cancellations
- Late cancellations may incur fees
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or emergencies
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services
- We accept cash, check, and electronic payments
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- Disputed charges must be reported within 48 hours
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing safe access to cleaning areas
- Securing valuable items
- Providing adequate parking (if applicable)
- Reporting any damage concerns immediately
- Ensuring pets are secured during service
6. Liability and Insurance
- Intelmetri is fully insured and bonded
- We are not liable for damage to fragile items not disclosed
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right.
